Winch

Well, here it is. My brand new second hand Warn 8274. I couldn't pass this one up for $500. This particular type of winch has a reputation for being strong and dependable, all gear driven and running in an oil bath. God only knows how old this thing is but it works just like it should so I am happy.

Here are two photos that I took right after I got it and installed it. I have since then started a complete breakdown and rebuild just to check for anything that might not be up to par. You can check out my progress and any technical info that I have obtained in my Tech section. Once I am finished I will post the after pics here.
