The Dana 35 is well known for weak,
undersized 27 spline axles. These are the smallest axles
available in any popular 4WD. The Super 35 kit upgrades the
axles to 30 spline.

actuator with a cable operated actuator that puts the driver
in control of the engagement from inside the cab. .
