Well, here's my TJ. Just to give some specs on it, it's a '97 Wrangler 4.0 Sport with the Auto trans.

The TJ has 4.88 gears with Detroit Lockers in the front and back. The suspension is a mixture. It has the Rubicon Express Long Arm kit in the front with 6" coils and Alcan rear leaf springs.  The rear started out with  leafs that were designed for the rear of a custom built CJ7 that we adapted to my TJ.  More pics and info can be seen at Kilby Enterprises.com.

The TJ also has a 1.5" body lift. The body lift was needed to keep the tires from hitting the fenders.  The tires and rims are 35x12.50 BFG M/T and 15x8 American Eagle rims with 3.25" back spacing for the street and 36x12.50 Swamper SX's for the trail.

The front axle is a reverse cut D44 built by Dynatrac with a custom steering setup that sits above the knuckle.  The rear is also a reverse cut D44 but built by Currie Enterprises.  It's running disc brakes too.

Both sets of shocks are Rancho 9000's but the rear shock mounts have been relocated to allow a longer shock.

The front bumper was made by Hanson Enterprise.  A Warn XD9500i is mounted on top.  In the rear, I have Hansons bumper/tire carrier combo.   I built a cargo rack that sits on top of the swing out tire carrier.  Gotta put the ice chest somewhere!  I also have a full roll cage, Bodyguard nerf bars and Coverguard diff cover protectors all built by the Four X Doctor.    I also mounted the Currie rocker panel protection to keep body damage to a minimum when hitting the hard stuff.

Other goodies include a York onboard air system, Premier Power Welder and a nice collection of spare parts.  I don't leave home with out them!  There is tons more stuff but I'll be adding all those mods later.  They'll be listed below when I get the chance to sit down and list them.

There is always something being added or modified so I'll try to update these pages as often as I can.

The pics below will show you the Throttle Body connection for the hand throttle and the old Thomas Compressor I used to use.  I also have pics of the air tank I mounted under the Jeep.  The air system is a York compressor although the pics show the Thomas electric compressor.  Updates will be coming soon!
